The current delivery lead time is 2 to 7 working days. The delivery charge for 1 to 4 pack orders is £79.00 ex. VAT per pack. The delivery charge for orders of 5 packs or more is charged £295.00 ex. VAT per order. We advise you to add a 5% - 10% allowance to your final quantity for breakages that sometimes happen during transportation or events out of our control. In the event that damaged goods arrive, we will refund or replace the number of bricks outside of the allowed 5-10% for breakages. Bricks can be delivered to any part of the country except Northern Ireland, all islands and some rural parts of the Scottish Highlands.

Orders of 4 packs or less are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, the concrete road surface is required, the pump truck cannot be used on grass, soft road surfaces and gravel roads.

Orders of 5 packs or more will be delivered on a crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access. Please note, crane offload delivery cannot be guaranteed to Cornwall and Scotland, it depends on hauliers' availability. If a crane mounted lorry is not available for a longer period of time, another vehicle type will be organised or if a crane lorry is necessary it can be potentially sourced from elsewhere but will incur additional transport cost and cause delays in delivery.
