Delivery Information
Delivery charge for 1 – 4 pack orders is £79.00+VAT per pack.
Delivery charge for orders of 5 packs or more is charged £295.00+VAT per order.
This image is not a true representation of the colour of the bricks, and we advise that a sample should be obtained prior to ordering as delivery is non-refundable and collection of each pack is subject to a minimum £79.00+VAT charge plus re-stocking charge of 15%.
We advise you to add 5% – 10% to your final quantity for breakages that sometimes happen during transportation or events out of our control. In the event that damaged goods arrive, we will refund or replace the number of bricks outside of the allowed 10% for breakages.
Orders of 4 packs or less are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, concrete road surface is required, pump truck CAN NOT be used on grass and gravel roads.
Orders of 5 packs or more will be delivered on a crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access.
You must advise of any delivery restrictions, prior to dispatch, or charges may be applied if we cannot complete the delivery of your order due to accessibility. If a crane off-load is required for orders below 5 packs, please contact us on 0203 318 0854 and we can quote you for this additional service.
