Images of bricks may not reflect the true colour or accurate texture due to light and screen resolution differences, therefore we advise that a sample should be obtained where possible prior to ordering as delivery is non-refundable and collection/return of each pack is subject to a minimum of £95.00 ex. VAT charge plus a re-stocking charge of 15%-25%. Multicoloured brick packs should be mixed from a minimum of 3 packs, to achieve the desired look, as per manufacturers' advice, as the colour variation in packs differs.

The current delivery lead time for 1-4 pack orders is within 2-5 business days from the date of your order (unless agreed otherwise). Orders to Scotland, Cornwall and Devon, orders of 5 or more packs or orders requesting a specific transport method or vehicle size will take up to around 10 working days. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date. Bricks can be delivered to any part of the country except Northern Ireland, all islands and some rural parts of the Scottish Highlands.

Please be aware, most of the orders are sent on articulated lorries which are large trucks, if the delivery address is not easily accessible, and a rigid lorry (similar to builders merchant lorries in size) is required, we have to be notified. It may increase the waiting time.

Orders of 4 packs or less are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, a flat concrete road surface is required, these lories can not be unloaded whilst on a slope, the pump truck cannot be used on grass, soft road surfaces and gravel roads.

Orders of 5 packs or more will be delivered on a crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access. Please note, crane offload delivery cannot be guaranteed to Cornwall and Scotland, it depends on hauliers' availability. If a crane mounted lorry is not available for a longer period of time, another vehicle type will be organised or if a crane lorry is necessary it can be potentially sourced from elsewhere but will incur additional transport cost and cause delays in delivery.

We advise you to add a 5% - 10% allowance to your final quantity for breakages that sometimes happen during transportation or events out of our control. In the event that damaged goods arrive, we will refund or replace the number of bricks outside of the allowed 5-10% for breakages.
