While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered by the date required, we cannot guarantee availability from the haulage companyโ€™s delivery schedules. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date. Bricks can be delivered to any part of the country except Northern Ireland and all islands not connected to the mainland by bridges.

Please be aware, most of the orders are sent on articulated lorries which are large trucks, if the delivery address is not easily accessible, and a rigid lorry (similar to builders merchant lorries in size) is required, we have to be notified. It may increase the waiting time.

Delivery to Zone 1 & 2 postcodes:

  • Orders of 4 packs or lessย are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, a flat concrete road surface is required, these lorries can not be unloaded whilst on a slope, the pump truck cannot be used on grass, soft road surfaces and gravel roads.
  • Orders of 5 packs or more will usually be delivered on an articulated crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access. Please see exclusions below in โ€œwhere do you deliverโ€ section. If a smaller, rigid size lorry is required, please contact our sales team to discuss on 0203 318 0854ย orย [email protected]

Delivery to Zone 3 postcodes:

  • Any quantity and size orders will be delivered on a tail lift lorry. If you require a crane offload vehicle, please get in touch prior to ordering, as crane offload vehicles are priced differently to these areas as well as the lead time might be longer.

    Description

    Common bricks are usually lower quality than standard facing bricks and made with no attempt at colour or appearance control. These are fit for purpose and meet the minimum technical requirements (compressive strength 6N/mm2 only). No other data is offered, they are only suitable for application where they are not exposed to the weather. Commons are normally used internally, rendered or painted over. The image shown is for guidance only.

    When purchasing multicoloured bricks, it is advisable to mix bricks from at least 3 packs to achieve a nice balance of colour and eliminate โ€˜colour bandingโ€™. Since clay bricks are a natural product, there may be a small variation in colour from one production run to the next especially with multicoloured bricks.
