While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered by the date required, we cannot guarantee availability from the haulage company’s delivery schedules. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date. Bricks can be delivered to any part of the country except Northern Ireland and all islands not connected to the mainland by bridges.

Please be aware, most of the orders are sent on articulated lorries which are large trucks, if the delivery address is not easily accessible, and a rigid lorry (similar to builders merchant lorries in size) is required, we have to be notified. It may increase the waiting time.

Delivery to Zone 1 & 2 postcodes:

Orders of 4 packs or less are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, a flat concrete road surface is required, these lorries can not be unloaded whilst on a slope, the pump truck cannot be used on grass, soft road surfaces and gravel roads.

Orders of 5 packs or more will usually be delivered on an articulated crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access. Please see exclusions below in “where do you deliver” section. This is a temporary offer of a rejected production batch and is only available whilst the stock lasts! Because it is a rejected stock, there will be appearance difference between bricks in packs and they might be different from standard production, the general quality of bricks is lower than commons.

Rejected Production Bricks – This means that one or more technical specifications of the brick do not match the set manufacturer’s standards and/or do not meet the standard criteria. Reject bricks have no performance guarantees. Can be used for internal work where they are not exposed to the weather and the face of the brick is to be rendered or not covered. Brick size is approximately 65mm x 102mm x 215mm, but as described above, size may vary and may be inconsistent.
